DG House: World Tour art sale

Contemporary native artist DG House kicks off her “World Art Tour” with a very special preview/sale of the new art prints for 2009. The World Tour Art Sale is Saturday, June 6, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at her Big Medicine Art Studio near Four Corners west of Bozeman. House’s studio is open to the public during this special event and everyone is welcome to be the first to view the new prints.

There are over 20 new prints that are 8”x10” and 11”x14”, matted and bagged and are limited editions, signed and numbered. All prints are $15 and $30 and feature the wildlife and native peoples of the Rocky Mountain West.

DG House is also one of the featured artists at the National Folk Festival’s First Peoples’ Marketplace in Butte, Montana, July 10 -12, 2009.

House is artist in residence in Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. Her paintings are in the permanent collection of the Indian Arts Museum in Grand Teton National Park and in private collections worldwide. House is represented by the Depot Gallery in Red Lodge, MT, and A Horse of a Different Color Gallery in Jackson Hole, WY and in Bozeman at Indian Uprising Gallery.

  1. I bought 2 of DG House paintings last summer while in the Grand Tetons. I love her work. Beautiful! Bright! I have a framed Mountain Lion and a framed Bear. I hope you have a wonderful summer. Will you be back in the Tetons during summer 2009?
