Mimi Matsuda will open her latest show, Animals A La Carte, at the Sola Café, at the corner of South 3rd and Kagy. Over 45 originals and prints will be up from June 3rd to July 30, 2011. Partial proceeds will benefit the Japanese Tsunami Relief through Rotary International. An opening reception will be held Friday June 3rd, 4:30 – 6 PM.
Mimi Matsuda‘s show, Bikes Gone Wild, opens Friday, May 27th, from 5-8 PM at Rockford Coffee, on the corner of 7th and Main. She’ll have 11 new soft pastels up, along with notecards and small prints. Partial proceeds will benefit 88 Bikes , a non-profit that for every $88 donated, will send a bike to a child in a developing country. Help her to send a group of bikes to children around the world :-)! Refreshments, beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
